I'm supporting GSAT-11 Ground Station operations at Nelco Limited, monitoring satellite and IP networks in a 24×7 NOC environment.
I operate the 9.1 m Ka-band antenna, RF systems, VSAT links, Cisco routers, switches, and firewall devices using Viasat KVM GUI, Viasat ACU, and Gilat Total NMS.
Previously, I led VSAT operations for 3,500–5,000 Airtel, Hughes, and BSNL customer sites at Computronics Systems, resolving connectivity, link-down, and latency issues while managing escalations and SLA-driven ticket lifecycles.
I bring hands-on network monitoring, fault isolation, service restoration, remote support, reporting, and coordination experience across NOC, HUB, provisioning, field, teleport, and satellite-operator teams.
