I am an accomplished Network Engineer with hands-on experience monitoring and managing core backbone networks, including TCL AS4755, national and international MPLS networks, using tools such as Cacti, Netbeat and Monolith. I have owned operations for fault, configuration, alarm, performance and security, reviewed P1/P2 incidents and provided L2 support across Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei and Alcatel‑Lucent devices.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional and field teams to resolve outages, coordinate IOS upgrades and hardware replacements, and manage tickets in Remedy and ServiceNow.
