I'm currently supporting GSAT-11 Ground Station operations at Nelco Limited under an ISRO project, monitoring satellite and IP networks in a 24×7 NOC environment.
I operate a 9.1 m Ka-band antenna, RF systems, VSAT links, Cisco routers, switches, and firewall devices using Viasat KVM GUI, Viasat ACU, and Gilat Total NMS.
Previously, I led VSAT operations at Computronics Systems for 3,500–5,000 Airtel, Hughes, and BSNL customer sites, resolving connectivity, link-down, and latency issues.
I coordinate across NOC, HUB, provisioning, field, teleport, satellite operator, and ISRO teams to manage incidents, restore service, maintain SLA compliance, and deliver clear operational reporting.
