Led Azure data center networking initiatives for NOC operations, improving monitoring efficiency and SLA compliance while reducing incident resolution time. Designed and implemented data center interconnect and performed end-to-end deployment, configuration, and upgrades to minimize downtime.

Owned customer-reported incidents end to end, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting across system, application, and transmission domains within defined SLAs. Managed ticket lifecycle and escalations while ensuring ongoing SLA/service quality through proactive monitoring and reporting.

Managed end-to-end provisioning, testing, and delivery of NLD, domestic, and international peering circuits. Planned and expanded backhaul bandwidth for 100M+ users and optimized NLD core and metro core networks to improve capacity, efficiency, and service stability.

Monitored IPTX network health, proactively identified issues, and resolved incidents within defined SLA timelines. Diagnosed IP device, backhaul, and core network faults; handled troubletickets with OEMs/third parties; and provided 24x7 operational support with accurate outage and incident documentation.

Monitored and resolved multi-vendor optical alarms using NMS (Spotlight), supporting SDH/DWDM service and network assurance. Escalated critical incidents promptly, coordinated with customers and internal teams for outage updates, and maintained network documentation to drive continuous improvement.
