I’m a Microsoft 365 Administrator with 5+ years supporting enterprise environments, focusing on secure collaboration and reliable access. I manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune to keep identity, devices, and services performing at their best.

In my current IT Infrastructure Engineer role, I administer Active Directory with users, groups, GPOs, and RBAC using least-privilege principles. I implement Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO integrations to strengthen identity and access security, and I maintain endpoint compliance through Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployment). I also troubleshoot complex L2/L3 issues and coordinate with SOC and security teams to resolve security incidents using tools like Sentinel, Zscaler, Forcepoint DLP, and ClearPass.

Earlier, as a Desktop Support Engineer, I installed and configured Windows for desktops and laptops, handled OS patching and security upgrades, and supported end users with system, network, and login issues. I bring practical Windows and Linux administration experience, and I’m motivated to deliver secure, compliant, high-performing IT operations.
