I’m an enterprise Microsoft 365 administrator with over 6 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 environments. I focus on productivity optimization while strengthening security and compliance across cloud and on-premises systems.

In my current role as a Senior Engineer–Technical Operations, I deliver L2/L3 support for Office 365 services for a global user base of 15k+ employees. I configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Retention Policy, MFA, and Conditional Access to prevent unauthorized sharing and enhance account protection.

I also manage secure collaboration by configuring SharePoint and Teams policies for external access and meeting policies. For devices, I create and manage Intune policies for Android, including app protection policies that safeguard corporate data inside mobile applications.

Beyond Microsoft 365, I administer hybrid identity by managing on-premises Active Directory, Azure AD integration with AD Connect, and user migrations between forests. I troubleshoot email flow issues across Microsoft and Forcepoint platforms, and I support enterprise security through Zscaler Internet Access policies and incident root cause analysis.
