Across 15+ years in 4* and 5* hotels in Greece and abroad, I've managed hotel operations, yield strategy, guest relations, staffing, budgets, and profitability. At Emmantina Hotel, I managed expenses through KPIs, worked with reservations on yield management, launched a new website and social media pages, and supported hiring and supplier coordination.

I've also led Front Desk operations at in[n]Athens Hotel, managed sales for Domotel Hotels & Resorts, and supervised hotel and Food & Beverage operations at Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel in Cyprus.

I bring a practical, guest-focused approach to service recovery, team development, online reputation, and multi-property commercial operations. My background includes negotiating travel-agency contracts, growing corporate and leisure bookings, and creating repeat business through consistently high-quality hospitality.
