I'm currently an Food & Beverage Assistant Outlet Manager at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel, where I train and coach outlet teams, manage labour and operating expenses, and use Avero reports to adjust performance and maximize revenue around guest preferences.

Previously, I managed conferences and events at Hilton Metropole in London, overseeing client requirements, budgets, recruitment, training, service standards, equipment, and legal compliance. I regularly communicated with clients, including VIPs, while leading teams through daily operational issues.

Across Mykonos Palace Beach Hotel, Laguna Exclusive Resort & Spa, Costa Navarino, and PANAS Group, I've managed food and beverage operations, menu development, quality, hygiene, supplies, cash controls, and staff supervision.

My MSc in Tourism and Hospitality supports my focus on customer service, profitability, operational efficiency, market surveys, and competitive SWOT analysis. My background as a Greek Water Polo Champion also shaped my discipline, teamwork, and communication across different cultures.
