Customer and operational feedback informed product and launch decisions, while simplifying the system architecture and commercialization model reduced projected unit cost by approximately 25%.

Previously, at SESSION AI, I owned positioning and go-to-market programs for an enterprise AI platform and launched RevPredict and Customer DNA. At WORKSTEP, MINERAL (formerly ThinkHR), PUREFORMULAS.COM, and WEBATONIC, I worked across B2B SaaS and ecommerce marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, analytics, and conversion programs.
