What I'm looking for

I'm looking for endpoint management and desktop engineering work where I can deliver reliable Windows and multi-platform deployments, deepen my Jamf and macOS packaging skills, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on enterprise device lifecycle operations.

At Truist, I create standardized enterprise application packages and manage Windows endpoint provisioning using AdminStudio, PSAppDeploy Toolkit, Intune Win32 Wrapping, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE. I validate, test, pilot, and roll out software releases across Windows 10 and 11 environments.

Previously at Nationwide, I managed application packaging and software distribution for more than 5,000 Windows endpoints through Microsoft SCCM. I built reusable deployment automation with PSAppDeploy Toolkit, PowerShell, and VBScript for installations, upgrades, repairs, and uninstalls.

I also provide L2/L3 desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and packaging issues, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, desktop engineering, and release management teams. I'm open to cross-training in Jamf and macOS packaging to support multi-platform environments.
