I’ve spent years managing SCCM environments and packaging Windows applications end-to-end, from PSADT automation to MSI customization. At United Airlines, I handled SCCM deployment changes, quarterly/ yearly upgrades across Dev/QA/Production, and L3 support for application and SCCM infrastructure issues.
In addition to SCCM platform and distribution management, I’ve automated installs and application profiles using PSADT and Flexera Admin Studio (MSIs/MSTs). At PPL Corporation and AbbVie, I worked through OSD testing and QA, documented solutions, and retired older/unused packages while supporting enterprise application discovery and installation verification.
Earlier roles strengthened my foundation across Active Directory Domain Services, Windows deployment components, and troubleshooting in locked-down environments using tools like Orca, ACT, ProcMon, and Regmon. I’ve also supported Windows Server patching via SCCM, SSRS reporting, MBAM for device encryption, and Citrix XenApp/XenApp 5 app publishing.
