I scripted system policies, branding, and configurations with Bash and PowerShell, enforced CIS Benchmarks, and deployed always-on GlobalProtect VPN. I also managed zero-touch deployment and migrated iOS devices in Jamf with Apple Business Manager.
I designed a macOS Declarative Device Management update process using swiftDialog and Jamf Smart Groups to stage downloads and automate upgrade notifications. I also engineered always-on GlobalProtect VPN across macOS and Windows using Intune, Jamf Pro, and Tanium.
Previously, at UKG, I administered Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory and supported enterprise infrastructure initiatives. At Nova Southeastern University, I advanced through desktop support tiers to Tier 3, managing SCCM/MECM and PDQ deployments and automating routine tasks with PowerShell and Batch scripts.
