At Carilion Clinic, I package and deploy Windows 11 and macOS applications through Microsoft Intune for approximately 14,000 users and 13,000+ endpoints. I create Win32 and macOS packages and publish them through Company Portal.
I introduced Intune management for a previously unmanaged macOS fleet, including enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, certificates, and Platform SSO. I also build patch and configuration workflows in Tanium and Intune, and serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for deployment issues.
I write PowerShell for deployment and administration, and manage production changes through ServiceNow and formal ITIL change management. In personal infrastructure projects, I use Terraform and Ansible to provision Proxmox virtual machines and configure Kubernetes nodes.
