What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to launch my career in HR, leveraging my psychological background and customer support experience to contribute to organizational success.

At Teleperfomance, I support customers on the Supervisor Line, managing escalated and complex cases through phone, chat, and email. I was promoted to the line after eight months.

I also support quality control by documenting cases accurately and working to maintain client satisfaction.

During my Human Resources internship at Teleperfomance, I organized employment contracts and assisted with onboarding and employee documentation.

I also handled HR administration for leave, vacation requests, and attendance, provided basic payroll support, and followed up on benefits and employee inquiries. I’m seeking to launch my career in HR, drawing on my psychology background and customer support experience.
