I’m a Program Manager (Founder’s Office) focused on building AI-native SaaS products from 0→1. I partner directly with founders to own product discovery, PRDs, personas, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution through production.

At Crenovent Technologies, I’ve led end-to-end product definition and delivery across 15 product modules as the sole Product/Program owner—translating complex customer problems into scalable product experiences. I run structured persona interviews and recurring GTM discussions to validate problems, prioritize features, and shape roadmaps before engineering execution.

I design AI-powered workflows that connect customer conversations to measurable outcomes—automatically generating AI insights, action items, CRM updates, and collaborative workflows across enterprise platforms. I’ve defined product requirements, workflows, and outcomes for 25+ AI Agents and specified enterprise integration requirements spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and multiple collaboration/meeting tools.

I also shape the underlying architecture to make integrations reusable and faster to adopt. For the Canonical Data Structure Layer (CDSL), I defined the canonical data model and requirements to standardize external system data and reduce new onboarding to a guided ~10-minute configuration process, while supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness through Azure infrastructure governance.
