I am a Design Operations and Program Management professional with 14+ years of experience helping Design, Product, and Engineering organizations operate more effectively at scale. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, partnering with cross functional leaders to bring structure to complexity and enable high performing teams.

Most recently at Cisco, I partnered with global Design leadership to drive operational excellence across planning, resource and capacity management, executive reporting, knowledge management, cross functional programs, and AI enabled initiatives. I have led the development of scalable operational frameworks, improved organisational visibility, and introduced systems that strengthened collaboration and decision making across distributed teams.

Earlier in my career, I worked across consulting and agency environments, leading digital transformation, UX, and product delivery programs for clients across multiple industries. These experiences shaped my ability to balance strategic thinking with execution while building trusted partnerships across business, design, and technology teams.

What motivates me most is solving organisational challenges through thoughtful systems, clear processes, and strong collaboration. I enjoy creating environments where teams have the clarity, tools, and operational support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
