What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a new role in presales involving RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis and proposal creation, solution consulting, and effort estimation. I want to increase my domain knowledge and support my personal growth.

At Hadron Global Business Solution(HGBS), I drafted end-to-end presales proposals for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HAM, SAM, GRC, ITOM, and SPM. I prepared customer-specific case study decks and effort estimates, and used AI tools to support proposal drafting and solution documentation.
