In my current role, I support logistics, utilities, transport, mining & Agri industries by building accurate proposal content that helps teams win high-value opportunities.

I analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tenders to create compliance matrices, draft pre-bid queries and clarifications, and prepare client-ready technical documentation. I also handle proposal writing including BoM & Costing, and coordinate with OEMs and vendors to validate product compliance and align with project scope. I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams across software, Project Planning, and procurement to design optimized solutions and deliver demos that strengthen stakeholder confidence.

What drives me is presales efficiency and quality—I've reduced proposal turnaround time by 20% using reusable templates and checklists. I’m actively exploring AI tools (including ChatGPT and automation platforms/data tools) to streamline daily tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve how quickly my proposals and demos are prepared.
