I'm seeking a finance or accounting role where I can apply my analytical, Excel, compliance, record-review, and customer-service skills to maintain accurate financial information and resolve account issues.

At the Internal Revenue Service, I research taxpayer accounts across multiple systems, resolve collection, filing, payment, and account issues, and explain complex tax information clearly.
