What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage carrier accounts, coordinate loads, and keep shipments moving with strong communication, careful scheduling, and fast issue resolution—while growing within a logistics team that values customer service and accuracy.

I’m a Carrier Account Manager focused on communication, organization, and delivering dependable service across the transportation lifecycle. I’ve worked in high-volume dispatch and carrier coordination, helping teams meet pickup and delivery expectations through clear, consistent updates.

Across my roles at C.H. Robinson, I’ve looked for loads within the network, tracked pickup and delivery, and maintained strong communication with carriers to ensure great service for customers. I also sourced loads using load boards in dispatcher roles, reporting delays, accidents, and traffic situations so stakeholders always knew shipment locations.

I bring operational strength from supervising and scheduling work, including cash handling, inventory management, and risk management as a Parts Manager at AUTOZONE. I’ve also dispatched 30–50 trucks nightly, drove to job sites to oversee unloading, and supported safe operations aligned with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
