I’m a Customer Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience handling client communication in a medical environment. I managed daily client inquiries, complaints, and scheduling while coordinating between medical staff and clients to keep service delivery smooth.

I resolve issues in high-stress situations with empathy and efficiency, improve satisfaction through clear, supportive communication, and maintain accurate client records through administrative workflows. Fluent in English (C1) with native Ukrainian/Russian and working German (A2+), I’m transitioning into remote international support roles where fast problem-solving and de-escalation matter.
