I’m a Card Fraud Specialist with 7.6 years of experience across the full fraud lifecycle—from rule design to real-time transaction decisioning. I engineer and tune fraud rules, analyze transaction patterns and velocity anomalies, and apply anomaly detection and merchant risk signals to separate genuine activity from fraud, reducing false positives while maintaining strong fraud catch rates.

In my current role, I manage real-time monitoring, approval decisioning, wallet top-up execution, and account blocking/unblocking based on risk assessment, along with chargeback and dispute handling through Zendesk and Jira. Previously, I handled manual reviews to eliminate account takeover, payment fraud, and coupon abuse (including bank decline analysis and AVS checks) and investigated Google Wallet–triggered suspicious activity while measuring risk exposure to protect end-user data; I’ve also been recognized as a top performer with 100% production and quality for the last quarter.
