I’m a Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume and professional hiring environments. I handle everything from job intake to onboarding—partnering with clients to define job requirements and hiring strategies, posting and managing openings across multiple platforms, and screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit. I also maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and support onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly.

Before recruitment, I strengthened my operational and people-support skills as a Neuro-Administrative Assistant, where I supported patient care coordination, managed medical records, and coordinated clinical documentation and equipment use. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a bilingual profile (English advanced, Spanish native), I bring a relationship-building approach to stakeholders and candidates. I also stay committed through long-term volunteer work with an international humanitarian organization, coordinating outreach and support for vulnerable populations.
