Since May 2026, I’ve designed, built, and operated Synth, a production AI anti-spam and community moderation platform, on my own. I made its central product decision explicit: when the model can act and when an uncertain case must go to a person.
I built evaluations that rerun after model or data changes and a 33,000-example labelling flywheel based on real usage. The current held-out result is 98.9% recall at 2.8% false positives; the system also uses staged processing and failure-mode protections, including a local ONNX fallback.
At LightApps OU, I led a nine-product iOS subscription portfolio and owned its P&L, monetisation, and paywall architecture. I built the portfolio’s A/B framework, shipped an AI suite into the Google Forms native client that lifted revenue by 30%, and scaled the portfolio from zero to profitable multi-million ARR.
I also founded Hypnopedia, a consumer sleep-tech product with sleep-phase detection and integrated music playback, owning its vision, roadmap, and go-to-market. I build product tooling too, including Mavericks OS, a sub-agent orchestration framework, and Paywall Builder, which automates paywall deployment.
