At Casago, I managed daily short-term rental operations, coordinating owners, guests, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, payments, and service requests from start to resolution. I regularly handled property issues, communicated costs and updates to owners, and managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previously at Maya Tulum, I managed front-desk operations, concierge services, guest requests, third-party providers, and daily cash and payment reconciliations. My background in construction and logistics has also strengthened my ability to coordinate teams, contractors, materials, and time-sensitive operations.
