I’m looking for a remote entry-level Customer Success/Experience role in a fast-paced SaaS startup, where I can own onboarding, build relationships, improve processes, and drive measurable outcomes using HubSpot/Zendesk.

I’m a customer-facing professional with hands-on experience in client onboarding, relationship management, cross-team coordination, and performance reporting. I thrive in remote-first, fast-paced SaaS and startup environments, bringing a proactive, detail-oriented, outcomes-driven mindset.

In my current role as an AI Quality Analyst at Turing (Remote), I evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, and consistency while tracking metrics and surfacing improvement patterns. I also work independently in a fully remote environment, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

Before that, I supported multiple ongoing client relationships as a Private English Tutor, onboarding and managing 7+ students and handling scheduling, communications, and progress tracking independently across active accounts. I also coordinated cross-functional timelines as a Project Coordination Associate, identifying recurring workflow inefficiencies and delivering process improvement recommendations to leadership.

I’ve delivered customer-first support for 30+ international visitors in a Customer Experience Associate role at L’Ambassade de France en Thaïlande, resolving real-time issues and maintaining a strong service mindset. I’m now actively seeking a remote entry-level CS/CX role open to worldwide candidates.
