I’m a founder building an early-stage EdTech platform that improves equitable access to quality tutoring for Thai students. I combine hands-on product thinking with research-driven decisions, especially around exam preparation and accessibility.
Alongside my startup work, I’ve done full-time sale and marketing roles where I focused on customer service principles, relationship-building, and face-to-face engagement to promote sales and customer satisfaction. I also researched potential partners/customers and followed up on customer interest.
I’m currently active as a freelance AI trainer, evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and instruction-following. I also review Thai language quality and record Thai voice content for audio-based projects, following scripts and guidelines to support high-quality outputs.
I bring communication strengths from leadership and performance experience, including being a youth leader for TEDxBangkok Youth 2026 and earning speech awards in 2025. My approach is simple: stay precise, stay customer-focused, and keep learning through feedback.
