What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote IT support, network administration, or systems administration work where I can strengthen reliable and secure infrastructure, resolve user issues, and continue growing my CCNA-level networking expertise.

At the Energy Regulatory Authority of Albania, I deploy and maintain workstations, software, and networking equipment for 100+ users across physical and virtual environments. I provide remote support through AnyDesk, manage ticket resolution, and monitor servers and networks to reduce downtime.

I strengthen infrastructure through user access controls, backup routines, system hardening, and information security controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. I also lead upgrades, evaluate new technologies, and configure PaperCut across Ricoh and Lexmark printer fleets.

I'm deepening my networking skills through CCNA study and a self-built Active Directory lab, where I design OUs, manage DNS and DHCP, and apply Group Policy for domain clients.
