I’m a Network IT Technician based in Albania, with hands-on experience across networking, installation, and troubleshooting—from structured cabling and fiber deployment to monitoring and maintaining core network services. I focus on keeping systems stable, secure, and running at peak performance.

In my most recent role (9/2024–Actual), I implement and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus systems to support data integrity. I also perform advanced analysis and diagnostics of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols, and I resolve complex hardware and software issues through on-site and remote troubleshooting at first and second level support.

Earlier, I worked as a Network IT Technician (1/2024–9/2024), installing LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, and structured cabling while managing server performance and high-speed internet connectivity. Before that, I served as a Cable Technician (9/2022–1/2024) and an Optical Fiber and IPTV Technician (2/2019–3/2021), handling cable installation, termination/testing, rack and cable management, and installation/support of ONU/ONT and OTT/STB devices, along with OS installation and maintenance in a technician role (1/2017–1/2019).
