What I'm looking for
I’m an operations and business professional with 7+ years of experience spanning financial administration, live trading, event operations, and executive support. I’m comfortable running as a one-person department, managing competing priorities under pressure, and taking full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
In my most recent role as an Event Coordinator & Operations Manager, I planned and executed promotional and themed events to drive customer footfall and revenue. I independently managed a front-of-house team, maintained purchase records, and handled reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while coordinating supplier deliveries and venue logistics.
Before that, I worked in live market operations at Stanleybet, monitoring multiple sports markets simultaneously and making real-time decisions to protect exposure and maintain accuracy. Earlier, I supported an architecture firm as a sole administrator—handling accounts reconciliation, office budgets and procurement, onboarding/offboarding, leave and holiday tracking, sick leave management, payroll calculations, and operational filing—while building strong reporting habits with advanced MS Excel.
