At Happy Tammsvik, I owned the Spectra reservation system and daily scheduling, and handled front desk operations, reservations, and guest communication. I also coordinated conference and event bookings across housekeeping, café, and front-desk teams.
At ARGIDA AB, I supported coordination between clients and internal teams across concurrent projects, including translation support. I managed scheduling, data entry, and client communication.
From 2016 to 2020, I ran an online retail business and a bakery business solo. My work included sourcing suppliers and ingredients, processing orders, managing logistics and delivery, and building repeat customer relationships.
At SIA Warrior, I ran full P&L for a multi-venue operation and led and scheduled a team of about 10. I also owned recruitment, training, and supervision, and directed event coordination and marketing strategy.
