I’m a Computer Engineer with 7+ years of experience delivering SaaS platform implementations and managing enterprise customer engagements across Latin America and Europe. As Head of Unit — Programming & Systems, I administer Google Workspace Enterprise for 252 users, handling user provisioning, security policies, app restrictions, device management, and organizational governance. I’ve also built executive-ready business cases—such as upgrading the organization’s Google Workspace plan—and delivered measurable improvements in collaboration.
I lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from requirements scoping through production launch, including ticketing systems, digital medical records (EHR) platforms, internal network restructuring, and VoIP rollouts.
