At Kriptos, I manage implementation, migration, and post-go-live support for about 26 enterprise accounts in LATAM banking and regulated industries. I wrote ITIL 4-aligned plans, including a 40-page tenant-separation and agent-upgrade plan and a 138-task plan from onboarding to hypercare.
I integrate Kriptos with identity, collaboration, and security platforms. My work includes a Microsoft Purview DLP integration manual now in production with a client, as well as configuring Netskope integrations and integrating Kriptos with Splunk.
I designed and built Journey Sentinel in React, using Jira Service Management as the source of truth for each client's state. I also built and maintain an AI automation suite on n8n and NocoDB, with more than 20 playbooks; client-facing messages are saved as drafts for human review.
Earlier, at Equifax México, I built and fixed Java SOAP and REST services, batch processes, and application components for banking systems. I also documented production incidents and escalations, achieving 83% SLA compliance on the escalations I managed.
