At Gallagher, I documented the end-to-end IT M&A process from Pre-Close to Decommission and created process flows for M&A projects using VISIO and Miro. I also conducted operational and technical due diligence assessments, producing risk registers and remediation plans for executive leadership.
At Cheyenne VA Medical Center, I worked with federal healthcare staff to document current-state processes and update BPMN 2.0 diagrams. Across my work, I’ve developed requirements and audit-ready documentation, supported process improvements, and used SQL, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
