At Bank of America, I lead end-to-end business analysis for financial services and technology initiatives, from requirements and design through testing and implementation. I translate strategic objectives into functional and non-functional requirements for financial operations, risk, regulatory, reporting, and enterprise applications.

I use SQL, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and data reconciliation to validate financial data, investigate quality issues, and analyze reporting logic and KPIs. I also analyze REST and SOAP integrations, data exchanges, interfaces, and production issues to resolve discrepancies and improve traceability.

Previously, I delivered business analysis across healthcare at Molina Healthcare, retail operations and merchandising at Best Buy, and manufacturing and supply-chain processes at Caterpillar. My work has included workflow mapping, user stories, UAT, root-cause analysis, dashboards, process improvement, and cross-functional Agile delivery.

I’ve progressed from supporting senior analysts at Berkshire Hathaway to mentoring junior business analysts and establishing documentation and data-governance practices. I partner closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and operational stakeholders to turn complex needs into scalable solutions.
