What I'm looking for

I want to lead regional commercial growth by combining field network execution, procurement and supply chain strength, and data-driven portfolio/risk control—scaling partnerships and revenue while keeping portfolio-at-risk low.

I’m a commercial sales, procurement, and regional operations leader with 11+ years across agribusiness, agri-tech, fintech, BFSI, asset finance, and institutional sales. I’m at my best building revenue engines that combine strong field execution with disciplined portfolio and risk management.

I’ve repeatedly scaled from the ground up—launching unserved territories and growing monthly loan disbursement from KES 2.5M to KES 120M within 12 months. I also scaled monthly turnover from KES 2.5M to KES 120M through structured greenfield market launch and regional business expansion, while maintaining portfolio-at-risk below 5%.

Operationally, I direct multi-store and field networks at scale: 60+ staff and 10 mega-stores, delivering 30% year-on-year revenue growth, and a regional network of 60+ agents supporting procurement and last-mile distribution of seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection.
