What I'm looking for
I’m an Account Manager in New York, currently serving as the primary post-sale client liaison to ensure contractual KPIs and promised deliverables are met on time and to standard. I rely on performance reporting, proactive communication, and milestone tracking to keep every commitment “a commitment kept.”
I also support pre-sale by contributing to proposal development and helping shape deal structures that set clear, achievable client expectations. I build and maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins and deal status updates, so clients and internal teams stay aligned from first conversation through execution.
Before my current role, I worked in NFL media sales as a Sales Assistant, where I created a leadership-ready NIL pitch deck outlining an NFL Draft sales strategy to grow new business and existing client revenue. I collaborated with Pricing & Planning and Account Executives to support 100+ media clients across linear and digital media, enabling seamless execution of multimillion-dollar NFL partnerships.
My foundation is in business development and market research: as an NHL Business Development Intern, I developed strategies to engage new fans ages 18–22 and presented proposals to the Chief Business Officer and SEVP of Business Development & Innovation. I also researched responsible gaming regulations for live in-game micro-betting and conducted competitive market analysis that helped drive over $100M in annual revenue, and I strengthened leadership skills through recruitment work as Recruitment Chair for Alpha Epsilon Pi.
