I work with SaaS companies, e-commerce businesses, marketplaces, and high-volume senders whose revenue and customer experience depend on email reaching the inbox.

With 15+ years of hands-on experience—including leading deliverability at GetResponse and Woodpecker—I help teams diagnose and solve problems across the entire email operation: sender reputation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, transactional and marketing stream separation, bounce and complaint handling, ESP migrations, warm-up, monitoring, and lifecycle automation.

I’m particularly interested in consulting and advisory engagements involving:
