I’m a customer service representative and virtual assistant with hands-on experience in client communication, inbox and ticket management, and remote project delivery. I focus on fast, reliable support—resolving customer enquiries within 24 hours—while keeping communication clear and professional.

In my recent remote roles, I’ve owned end-to-end social media delivery for a vehicle dealership, handling page inbox enquiries and improving engagement using reach and interaction metrics. I also served as a social media & web coordinator for a nonprofit, supporting a $200,000 fundraising campaign with a deadline-driven website redesign and a Givebutter donation system.
