What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Associate delivering professional “visitation support services” to FCMB customers (Merchants) across my assigned route. My field support ensures “100% uptime” of Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals and other payment channels (NQR, EASY PAY) by providing prompt, efficient, and dependable support through scheduled daily visits.
I deploy POS terminals, train merchants and sale/till attendants, and provide “1st & 2nd level support” during customer visits. I’m also accountable for onboarding merchants across all payment channels (POS, EASYPAY, NQR, WEB SOLUTION), maintaining SLA-compliant deployments, resolving escalated incidents with detailed feedback and “Test Transaction Receipt (TTR),” and driving re-activation of inactive terminals while improving deployed vs. active terminal ratios.
