At LifeWear Technologies India Private, I build and execute the human capital strategy. I also led the company setup, including its corporate office and plant at Baddi.
Across Saint-Gobain, Mott MacDonalds, EMCO, CMI-FPE, and other organizations, I worked on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processes, performance frameworks, and HR operations. At Saint-Gobain – Weber, I led a capability-building initiative, and the AON Hewitt engagement score rose from 63% to 91% in one year.
I’ve evaluated and implemented HRMS platforms, including Beehive, and designed an in-house module with the help of coders. My work has also included greenfield plant setup, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
