I'm looking to lead enterprise people strategy and HR transformation, partnering with executive teams to build scalable, AI-enabled workforce models, stronger leadership pipelines, and measurable business outcomes.

I've led enterprise HR transformation at GMR Group for 14,000 employees, delivering ₹5.5 crore in savings through recruitment transformation, automation, process redesign, and vendor optimization. I also established the AI@Workplace framework, turning 37 implemented ideas into stronger digital HR adoption and productivity.

Across GMR Group, Blackstraw, Sandhata Technologies, IQ BackOffice, Prolifics, Aricent Technologies, and HCL Technologies BPO, I've partnered with CEOs and global business leaders to build scalable HR operating models, leadership pipelines, workforce strategies, and high-performance cultures. My work has improved engagement, reduced attrition, enabled acquisition and offshoring transitions, and strengthened organization capability through data-driven people strategy.
