I'm seeking a leadership role where I can shape progressive people practices, build scalable HR frameworks, partner with executive leadership, and enable sustainable growth in global environments.

I'm leading pan-India HR at Rosenberger Interconnect India, coordinating teams across manufacturing units and sales offices while supporting leadership hiring, statutory approvals, and greenfield expansion.

Previously at Triveni Turbine, I built HR strategy for Global After Market, O&M, and OEM businesses across SEA, MENA, LATAM, the USA, and Africa. I led talent, performance, rewards, mobility, people due diligence, and post-merger people strategy.

At HOMAG India, I established a Sales & Service COE, launched 65 learning modules, restructured compensation and benefits, and set up a Bangalore greenfield facility.

At Saint-Gobain, I increased employee involvement from 65% to 98% and satisfaction from 57% to 89%.
