I’m a seasoned HR professional with 17+ years of experience steering end-to-end people strategies, organization design, and transformation initiatives. I drive business-aligned HR practices that improve employee engagement, performance, and accountability, while acting as a trusted advisor to top management.

In my current Group Head, HR role, I lead HR planning and transformation across Pan India locations for 8000+ HR and business consulting manpower. I’ve focused on streamlining and automating HR operations—building a more professional, system-driven function.

Previously as Deputy General Manager, HR (Change Management), I strengthened culture and compliance through process automations and consistent people practices. I oversaw HR operations across 17 legal entities in 80+ locations, closed over 80% compliance issues in 3 months, and supported ISO audits with clear, data-backed governance.

Earlier at Banswara Syntex, I reduced attrition at HO from 14% to 5% by implementing performance-oriented best practices and redesigning organization structure with succession planning. I’ve also led HRIS implementations and process re-engineering, managed complex employee relations (including labor court cases), and delivered HR projects like manpower rationalization and objective-based performance appraisal systems.
