I'm a cross-border e-commerce and China sourcing professional based in China, with experience in U.S.-market e-commerce operations and international sales.
In my previous role, I led a team of 4–6 people that generated approximately US$1.1M in GMV in 2025 across TikTok Shop and Shopify.
I have hands-on experience in supplier development, factory evaluations, price negotiations, quality inspections, and OEM/ODM product development. I've conducted over 30 factory visits and managed an 8,000-unit purchase order worth approximately RMB 680,000.
My e-commerce experience includes organic-first video marketing, creator collaborations, Shopify store operations, and paid advertising. Selected video promotions achieved approximately 10x ROAS.
I'm also building and testing AI-assisted market research and content workflows using ChatGPT, Codex, and external APIs.
