What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated, results-driven call center agent focused on clear communication, active listening, and solving customer problems while recovering outstanding accounts. I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to professionalism in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
In my call center experience, I handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide product/service information while explaining policies. I also process sales, renewals, and account updates, log calls, update customer records accurately, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
Before that, I supported educators as an Assistant Teacher by preparing materials, setting up classrooms, assisting students with instructions or small-group work, and helping with grading and attendance tracking. I’ve developed strong patience, problem-solving, conflict resolution, time management, and teamwork—skills I apply to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve daily targets.
