Winifred Okoye

I am an energetic, conscientious guidance and counselling graduate with hands-on experience in education and e-commerce customer service. I combine strong communication skills with a proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

During my NYSC placement I designed curriculum-aligned lessons and led discussions on complex social and historical topics while maintaining positive learning environments. In e-commerce I supported customers across channels, handled order fulfillment, and maintained accurate transaction records to support management decisions.

I hold a B.Sc. in Guidance and Counselling/Political Science (2nd class upper division) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and served in student leadership roles, including Vice President of the Student Counselling Association and Provost of an SDG community development service group.

I am seeking an entry-level role where I can contribute strong interpersonal, organizational, and data skills, continue professional development, and support programs that nurture and promote staff growth.
