What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can resolve enquiries and complaints quickly, support customers via phone/email/face to face, and help teams run smooth daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality or aviation setting.

I’m a customer-focused professional with over 8 years of experience delivering exceptional service across hospitality, aviation and logistic sectors. I’m known for handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in fast paced environments.

In my current role as a Customer service Assistant (Receptionist) at Newrest First class Lounge (MMIA), I verified passenger eligibility, registered passenger information accurately, and supported passengers through phone, email, and face to face interactions. I also made boarding and flight announcements and ensured smooth daily operations through close team collaboration.

Earlier, I worked as a Receptionist at Sofitel Moorhouse Hotel Lagos, where I welcomed guests, managed check in/check out efficiency, handled reservation and booking enquiries, and resolved guest complaints with practical solutions. I carried the same customer service mindset while ensuring strong first impressions and efficient coordination.

I’ve also built practical exposure through a Customer service and warehouse intern role, including responding to enquiries, creating invoices, vouching, stock counting, and supporting inventory management. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management to keep strengthening my business and service excellence.
