I've built Power Automate workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and automated communications, reducing manual work and increasing team productivity. I also create SQL Server and Power BI dashboards that support operational decision-making.

Earlier, I helped create SoulCode Academy's first Full Stack Web Developer bootcamp and led Digital House's introductory Full Stack learning experience. Across these roles, I've designed curricula, technical content, classes, assessments, and scalable digital education programs.

With more than 16 years of experience, I bring together corporate education, platform operations, customer experience, and digital transformation.
