I built RHEI's AI-powered sales automation platform from concept to production, scaling it from hundreds of emails to more than 100,000 emails per day.
I designed AI outreach workflows for lead enrichment, personalized email generation, campaign execution, and response management. I partnered directly with executives, marketing, sales, and engineering teams while building evaluation pipelines, human-feedback loops, and internal review tools for AI-generated content.
At Digibee, I helped establish the Artificial Intelligence initiative and turned early LLM research into enterprise product features, including workflow documentation, knowledge search, and natural-language workflow generation. I built RAG solutions with OpenAI APIs and the company knowledge base, combining deterministic logic with LLM reasoning to improve developer productivity.
Earlier, I helped build Digibee's customer education program from the ground up, delivering technical training to about 500 customers across more than 20 bootcamp cohorts. I enjoy building AI-native products, developer platforms, and practical systems where technology, product strategy, and business meet.
